Personal Leadership Development Training

The project helps staff and leaners learn how to become self-reliant, manage their emotions, set and track goals, prioritize their time, increase interpersonal skills—such as resolving conflicts and interacting well with others—and develop the skills  to successfully lead their lives. With these skills and competences teachers (and other staff members)  can effectively solve problems, maximize opportunities, and continually learn and integrate other principles in an upward spiral of growth.
